Group attendees are responsible for making their own reservations via the booking link provided. All attendee reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card provided at the time of booking. Hotel will not hold any reservations unless secured by a valid method of payment.
Group rates are available 3 days pre and 3 days post official event dates. The cut-off date for reserving rooms in the Room Block is 5:00pm local time at the Hotel on September 6,2023. If you wish to book after the cut-off date, Group Rate is subject to Hotel availability and may not be available at the time of booking. If you wish to book dates pre and/or post official event dates or check availability after the cut-off date, please contact Lijia Murguia at lijia@hotellulu.com.
An early departure fee of $50.00 plus tax will apply if Group attendee checks out prior to the confirmed checkout date without advising the hotel of such change prior to their desired check-out date. A cancellation of less than 48 hours prior to arrival will result in a charge equal to one night's room and tax. No-shows will result in the same charge and consequence.
